Because there aren’t enough hours in the day…

If I wanted to/had the time, I would express these thoughts to everyone individually, instead lets just kill a couple birds with the same stone. As many of you know, my life will be consumed by the mcat (complete misnomer…it should be the mpanther or some man-eating tiger) until April 10.  My only scheduled breaks from studying include: dog park and personal statement writing…hardly considered a break.  So if you want some quality time, please consult the posted schedule (you will fit in easily as 1. a study buddy or 2. kobe’s playfriend or 3. someone to teach me all 1.5 yrs of sci material)

Why am I awake?  My neighbors are drunkenly singing in Spanish on the balcony (which surprisingly has no effect on me)…and my roommates “friend’s” little rat-dog is barking nonstop (which, not so suprisingly, is annoying the bajeezus out of me).  Apparently its named after the french word for present…but I’m pretty sure she just named it after the store on the drag.  If something is the size of a rat and it runs around like one, it probably is one…meaning you probably want to catch it in a mouse trap.  Don’t get me wrong, I love dogs, but this thing can hardly be considered a dog.  When it eats one of Kobe’s pieces of food, its his entire meal…then it proceeds to sh*t all over my carpet, which is hard to see when its unexpected.  The only reason animals that small are able to survive is bc humans have intervened.  There is no clear evolutionary advantage of being 3 pounds (unless its purpose is to be eaten)…I find myself almost stepping on it several times a day…and it seems to put itself right under my feet.  As you decrease the sze of the dog, you decrease brain mass, which is directly proportional to intelligence (inspired by tpr).   This creature is living proof against Darwinism.
