Sweet Summertime
4 weeks of bootcamp (minus 3 days bc of the hurricane/rain) is almost over and I’m only halfway to my goal. The hardest part isn’t even working out …it’s controlling what I eat. For example, today I had 2 choco chip cookie dough ice cream bars, chinese takeout, waffles/eggs/bacon, freebirds burrito and i currently have large fries sitting next to me. This weekend I had beer, sangria, pizza, cake and hot chocolate in 6 hrs. I’m almost tempted to put everything into a blender to see what it would taste like…it sounds more efficient than having to chew things up…haha jk that’s my lazy butt talkin.
Our trainer was telling us not to drink soy milk anymore bc it has too much estrogen…makes men impotent (no, I did not say IMPORTANT) and causes endometrial cancer in women. I’ve been drinking an excessive amt of it in the last 2 months and I swear it just makes ppl want to do bad things. So basically I’m just like any other guy. I knowingly make HORRIBLE decisions because sometimes I’m just a curious george…I wanna see if I’ll get in trouble for it. Instead of racing cars or doing drugs, this is my guilty pleasure and I can’t seem to shake it! Dr. Phil, what’s wrong with me?
Sidenote: If ur reading this, this is ur invite to schlitterbahn…sometime in aug (chubbs mc-chubster needs more time to fit into her swimsuit)…still figuring out when depending on ppl’s work schedules. im in dire need of a vacay …esp once everyone is done with apps. i would’ve already gone nuts if i didn’t have someone else suffering with me
